-We strive to accommodate your urgent ultrasound requests and will do our best to schedule these patients without a booked appointment

-Personal phone call from myself as the sole sonographer if your patients condition is urgent, e.g., extensive DVT or abnormal pregnancy findings or loss.

-We have partnered with PRO Medical Radiology which is a comprehensive specialist teleradiology service providing offsite high quality Australian Radiology reports with a 24 hour turn-around

– Providing access to patient report downloads and viewing of electronic images via an individualized viewing platform these include: 

​

• InteleViewer bookmark/InteleConnect

• Medical Objects/Health-link/Fax to Clinic

• Web-based log-in

– Updates on MBS changes, our service delivery and pricing (We are predominantly a Bulk Billing service but in some instances a gap payment may apply).

– Issue resolution.
